Frame Transformation

016

I purchased this very large frame for $5 at a yard sale last summer.

I loved the multiple layers and the outer layer’s design & detail.

I knew right away that I would be painting it white, but didn’t get around to painting it until a few weeks ago. I decided that for the time being I would use it to frame a bulletin {inspiration} board in my craft room.

I spent all day on Saturday in my craft room organizing, crafting, and working on more spring wreaths.

I made some new tacks for my inspiration board out of scrabble tiles…

and vintage pins.

  1. I love your frame makeover and the idea you turned it into a craft inspiration board! I love your whole space. I am in the process of organizing mine and it's quite overwhelming. LOL I'm with Maryanna, I love your wall color. Do you know what color it is? Thanks so much for linking up to Terrific Under Ten today!

  7. What a neat idea. I admire folks who can look at something and make it look like something else. I look at stuff and think its neat, and wonder what I could turn it into. Good for you!Stopping by from FLOBs
